Job Description
A highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant supporting the San Francisco-based Partners by managing complex calendars, coordinating office operations, planning meetings and travel, and supporting leadership initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for firm Partners
- Coordinate office operations and support leadership initiatives
- Plan and organize complex meetings, travel, and expense processing for SF Partners
- Support office management responsibilities and West Coast event coordination
- Serve as the central point of coordination for the SF Partner Team and office activities
Requirements
- Support firm Partners by providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and scheduling support, including managing complex calendars, coordinating office operations, and supporting leadership initiatives.
- Manage the planning and coordination of complex meetings, travel arrangements, and expense processing for San Francisco Partners.
- Oversee office management responsibilities and coordinate west coast events to ensure smooth office operations.
- Work fully onsite at the Downtown San Francisco office throughout the work week, with the ability to work extended hours in front of a computer screen and conduct meetings via telephone and virtual platforms.
- Demonstrate strong independent judgment, discretion, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be highly organized and proactive, with a professional, positive, and service-oriented mindset.
- Support the coordination of office operations and contribute to process improvements and day-to-day office organization.
- Possess excellent communication skills to serve as the central point of coordination for the SF Partner Team and office operations.
- Be accountable, adaptable, eager to learn, and driven to proactively solve problems and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Have the ability to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday).
