Job Description

The Senior Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to firm partners, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and ensuring efficient office operations within a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for firm Partners
  • Coordinate office operations and support SF office functions
  • Plan and organize complex meetings and travel arrangements for Partners
  • Oversee expense management processes for Partners
  • Support key leadership initiatives and projects
  • Create a seamless and efficient office environment

Requirements

  • Support the Partner team in San Francisco by providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and scheduling support to firm Partners.
  • Manage complex calendars for firm Partners, including planning and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and expense management processes.
  • Coordinate office operations and support key leadership initiatives to maintain organization and efficiency across the firm.
  • Work out of the San Francisco office throughout the work week, with the ability to work extended hours in front of a computer screen and conduct meetings on the telephone and virtually.
  • Demonstrate strong independent judgment, discretion, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be accountable, adaptable, eager to learn, and driven to proactively solve problems and enhance operational efficiency as the firm continues to grow.
  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or relevant professional experience is preferred.
  • Have professional experience supporting executive-level staff, with a preference for experience supporting senior executives or partners in a similar setting.
  • Be able to work for extended hours in front of a computer screen and conduct meetings on the telephone and virtually.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to oversee planning and coordination of complex meetings and travel.
  • Have the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain professionalism and sound judgment at all times.
