The Associate Director at E3 leads client-facing projects in the energy consulting sector, providing strategic guidance, managing workstreams, and contributing to reports and presentations to support clean energy policy implementation and market development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client-facing interactions and present findings to clients

Requirements
Possess a minimum of several years of professional experience supporting significant business development efforts upon hiring.
Demonstrate deep subject matter expertise and strong technical aptitude in energy consulting or related fields.
Have the ability to independently create and actualize work plans that are efficient while delivering an elevated level of guidance to serve customers.
Experience in managing, shaping, and continuing to develop an energy consulting practice area or similar field.
Proven ability to lead client-facing interactions and play a leadership role in identifying the approach and methods for medium-to-large sized projects.
Experience in directing workstreams within projects and contributing heavily to written reports and papers.
Ability to regularly deliver findings and summaries to customers, including making presentations and replying to questions.
Support the growth of the business through strategic project and thought leadership.
Support the development of the next generation of leaders within the organization.
