Job Description
The Field Marketing Manager EMEA is responsible for planning and executing marketing programs to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and build customer loyalty in the EMEA region, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support revenue growth through strategic and tactical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-impact marketing programs in the EMEA region
- Drive brand awareness and generate leads and pipeline
- Move prospects through the sales cycle and build customer loyalty
- Collaborate with sales and corporate marketing to develop integrated campaigns
- Strategically plan and tactically execute marketing initiatives
- Participate in marketing events and trade shows
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed for events and campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in planning and executing high-impact marketing programs in the EMEA region.
- Ability to drive brand awareness, generate leads and pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and build customer loyalty.
- Proven ability to collaborate with local sales and corporate marketing functions to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with revenue goals.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
- Strong strategic planning and tactical execution skills, with high-level conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally about 30% of the time, typically attending 1 to 4 trade shows or DroneDeploy-hosted events per quarter.
- Availability to work primarily Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM BST, with some flexibility required due to events and travel.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating in-office three days per week near Moorgate Station, London, when not traveling.
