Job Description

A sales professional responsible for expanding enterprise accounts in South Africa by managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering tailored process mining solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new and existing business within enterprise accounts in South Africa
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing six-figure deals
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs and demonstrate value through pitches and demos
  • Collaborate with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS providers to enhance value propositions
  • Leverage team support from business development, pre-sales, customer success, and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Proven SaaS Sales Experience: A strong track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on securing new business and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Regional Experience: Proven track record in selling in South Africa.
  • Expertise in Complex Sales: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large enterprise accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Telecommunications industry and experience with enterprise business applications such as Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), with the ability to engage with C-level executives such as CFO, COO, CSCO, and CPO.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes and key performance indicators.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities to confidently influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team-oriented approach, leveraging internal and external resources to achieve shared goals.
