Job Description
The Field Marketing Manager APAC is responsible for planning and executing marketing programs to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and build customer loyalty in the APAC region, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support revenue growth through strategic and tactical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-impact marketing programs in the APAC region
- Drive brand awareness and generate leads and pipeline
- Move prospects through the sales cycle and build customer loyalty
- Collaborate with local sales and corporate marketing teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns
- Strategically plan and tactically execute marketing initiatives aligned with revenue goals
Requirements
- Ability to plan and execute high-impact marketing programs in the APAC region.
- Experience in driving brand awareness, generating leads and pipeline, moving prospects through the sales cycle, and building customer loyalty.
- Ability to collaborate with local sales and corporate marketing functions to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with DroneDeploy revenue goals.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
- Strong strategic planning and tactical execution skills, with high-level conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
- Availability to work primarily Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AET, with some flexibility required due to events and travel.
- Willingness to collaborate in-office with the local team, attend marketing events, and work from home, with an expectation of three days per week in-office when not traveling.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including to locations such as Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong, approximately 30% of the time.
- Experience or ability to participate in 1 to 4 trade shows or DroneDeploy-hosted events per quarter.
