Job Description
The Field Marketing Manager APAC is responsible for planning and executing marketing programs to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and build customer loyalty in the APAC region, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support revenue growth through strategic and tactical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-impact marketing programs in the APAC region
- Drive brand awareness and generate leads and pipeline
- Move prospects through the sales cycle and build customer loyalty
- Collaborate with sales and corporate marketing to develop integrated campaigns
- Implement strategic planning and tactical execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally, e.g., Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, about 30% of the time, typically 1-4 trade shows or DroneDeploy-hosted events per quarter
- Experience in planning and executing high-impact marketing programs in the APAC region
- Proven ability to drive brand awareness, generate leads and pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and build customer loyalty
- Strong collaboration skills to work with local sales and corporate marketing functions to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with DroneDeploy revenue goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment as a self-starter
- High-level conceptual thinking and attention to detail in strategic planning and tactical execution
- Flexibility to work primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM AET, with some flexibility required due to events and travel
- Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating in-office with the local team and working from home 3 days per week when not traveling
