Job Description
The Field Marketing Manager, EMEA, is responsible for planning and executing marketing programs to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth in the EMEA region, working closely with sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-impact marketing programs in the EMEA region
- Drive brand awareness and generate leads and pipeline
- Move prospects through the sales cycle and build customer loyalty
- Collaborate with sales and corporate marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns
- Implement strategic planning and tactical execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in planning and executing high-impact marketing programs in the EMEA region.
- Ability to drive brand awareness, generate leads and pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and build customer loyalty.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with revenue goals.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with local sales and corporate marketing functions.
- Experience in strategic planning and tactical execution of marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM BST, with some flexibility required due to events and travel.
- Willingness and ability to collaborate in-office with the local team, attend marketing events, and work remotely up to 3 days per week when not traveling.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally about 30% of the time, typically attending 1 to 4 trade shows or DroneDeploy-hosted events per quarter.
