Job Description
A remote Product Support Specialist based in Brazil responsible for providing localized, real-time technical support to customers in Brazil and LATAM, helping improve product adoption and customer satisfaction through reactive support and educational assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide localized, real-time product support to customers in Brazil and LATAM region.
- Assist customers in adopting the product and resolving support issues related to language and time-zone barriers.
- Support high-value enterprise customers operating in Portuguese and Spanish markets.
- Contribute to onboarding and customer education as needed.
- Collaborate with DroneDeploy's global Support team and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Provide localized, real-time product support to customers across Brazil and the broader LATAM region, focusing on Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Work closely with DroneDeploy's global Support team and cross-functional partners to deliver reactive product support.
- Support high-value enterprise customers operating in Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Possess the ability to improve product adoption and reduce support friction caused by language and time-zone gaps.
- Be available to work in a remote, contract-based engagement for a period of 6 months.
- Have the legal right to work as an independent consultant or via an agency per agreed terms in Brazil.
- Maintain a professional level of communication and support skills suitable for real-time customer assistance.
