Job Description

An Account Executive in High Velocity sales at DroneDeploy is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and closing deals with SMB clients, while also nurturing existing customer relationships to drive revenue and adoption of the company's reality capture platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing value delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive revenue growth by shaping how SMB organizations adopt DroneDeploy's platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full sales cycle management including prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and closing business, specifically within a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Experience in nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and growth.
  • Ability to be the primary point of contact for accounts, delivering value at every stage of the customer journey and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactive, self-motivated sales approach with a strong drive to achieve results in a fast-paced, results-driven sales team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with fewer than 100 employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to make an immediate impact by driving revenue and building lasting partnerships.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first environment with schedule flexibility and autonomy.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales processes simultaneously.
  • Commitment to protecting company and customer data by following information security policies and procedures.
