Job Description
The IT Manager will oversee and improve the company's IT and cybersecurity systems, ensuring reliable operations, implementing security controls, and supporting the company's growth and technological development in a pioneering carbon utilization company.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the company's IT environment, including devices, operating systems, SaaS tools, networks, and user accounts.
- Design, implement, and operate cybersecurity controls across endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and internal systems.
- Ensure IT and security readiness for customers, partners, and investors, including responding to security questionnaires and preparing audits or certifications.
- Establish and promote security and IT best practices through policies, onboarding, training, and daily guidance.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing IT environments, including experience with laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, SaaS tools, networks, and user accounts.
- Design, implement, and operate cybersecurity controls across endpoints, identity, cloud infrastructure, and internal systems, including access management, patching, monitoring, and incident response.
- Ensure security and IT readiness for customers, partners, and investors by responding to security questionnaires, preparing audits or certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and documenting policies, procedures, and risk decisions.
- Establish and promote practical security and IT practices across the company through clear policies, onboarding, training, and day-to-day guidance that balance security, usability, and engineering velocity.
- Be onsite in Saint Ouen sur Seine, Paris, France.
