Job Description
The Vice President of Operations will lead and optimize the production, inventory, shipping, and logistics systems for VRAI's vertically integrated fine jewelry brand, ensuring quality and efficiency while supporting high-growth and innovative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale operational systems supporting production, inventory, shipping, and logistics.
- Oversee quality and efficiency standards for all products.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply partners to optimize operations.
- Own and manage critical operational systems within the business.
- Drive automation and process improvements across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience leading and scaling operational systems in a high-growth environment, with a focus on production, inventory, shipping, and logistics management.
- Ability to work closely with manufacturing and supply partners to ensure product quality and efficiency standards are met.
- Ownership of critical operational systems and driving automation and process improvements across the business.
- Proven hands-on leadership skills capable of supporting creative and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical presence at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, specifically for roles designated as Onsite.
- Ability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
