Job Description
A leadership role responsible for managing showroom operations, coaching staff, enhancing guest experience, driving sales, and supporting team development, with potential to advance to a managerial position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations in the absence of the showroom manager
- Lead and develop new team members through onboarding and coaching
- Drive sales and achieve showroom goals
- Act as a Guest Experience Manager to ensure a first-in-class guest experience
- Empower and support the sales team in real-time to meet performance targets
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role within a showroom or retail environment, with the ability to run the showroom in the absence of the showroom manager
- Ability to oversee daily operations of the showroom
- Experience in onboarding and developing new team members
- Passion for selling and an ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Potential to grow into a Showroom Manager role, with some candidates possibly already possessing relevant experience for that position
