Job Description
A sales professional responsible for advising customers and growing the bridal jewelry business at VRAI, focusing on selling sustainably created diamonds and providing a memorable customer experience in a showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout their purchasing journey for diamond jewelry.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance the sales experience.
- Sell sustainably created diamond jewelry, focusing on bridal collections.
- Contribute to growing the VRAI brand and bridal jewelry business.
Requirements
- Must have experience in selling diamonds and bridal jewelry, with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Must be a trusted advisor in the customer journey and capable of creating a memorable experience for customers' life milestones.
- Must have a passion for selling diamonds that are created sustainably and an interest in modernizing diamond jewelry.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-growing, digital-first, direct-to-consumer retail environment.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, including showroom roles.
- Must be able to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
- Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States, as VRAI participates in E-Verify and will require completion of Form I-9.
- Must have at least some experience or ability to perform physical demands associated with the role, including the physical activities listed above.
