Job Description
A hands-on Senior Firmware Engineer role focused on designing and developing embedded firmware for high-performance real-time control systems in power electronics, supporting applications in data centers, energy conversion, and automotive industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of embedded firmware for high-performance power electronic systems.
- Design and implement real-time control systems for power converters and related hardware.
- Develop advanced embedded software across microcontroller and DSP platforms to ensure system performance, safety, and reliability.
Requirements
- Experience in developing embedded firmware for high-performance power electronic systems supporting data center, energy conversion, and automotive applications.
- Specialization in real-time digital control for embedded firmware development.
- Hands-on experience with real-time control systems, high-frequency power converters, and advanced embedded programming across microcontroller and DSP platforms.
- Ability to ensure performance, safety, and reliability of embedded firmware in demanding industrial environments.
- Proficiency in leading the architecture and development of embedded firmware for power electronic systems.
- Physical capability to use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs.
- Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
