Job Description

A Business Systems Analyst at Cypress Creek Renewables acts as a key liaison between business users and the Digital team, supporting HR and financial systems like NetSuite and ADP, while managing system enhancements, testing, user support, and process improvements to optimize core ERP and HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for system enhancement requests and collaborate on designing solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and integrations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and implement system improvements.
  • Assist with system configuration, role permissions, and reporting within supported platforms.
  • Support onboarding, training, and documentation for system users and updates.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support system integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Provide helpdesk support, troubleshooting, and access management for HRIS and ERP systems.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience supporting HRIS and or ERP systems e.g., NetSuite, ADP, FloQast, Trakstar
  • Experience with Tier 1 user support, access management, and training coordination
  • Strong skills in gathering business requirements and translating them into system enhancements
  • Hands-on experience coordinating Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates or integrations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with common HR and financial processes such as payroll, accounting, expense management, and talent management
  • Support experience for HRIS and ERP systems, including troubleshooting, training, and access management for tools such as NetSuite and ADP
