Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Training Developer supports the design, development, and evaluation of technical training programs for field technicians, focusing on instructional design, content creation, and continuous improvement to enhance learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing technical training modules and materials
- Support needs assessments and identify training requirements
- Contribute to evaluating training effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to ensure content accuracy
- Manage tasks within training development projects and track participation metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience or recognized industry certifications may be considered.
- At least 2 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or technical training internships or academic projects may count.
- Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Familiarity with training evaluation frameworks, especially Kirkpatrick Levels 1 and 2.
- Experience or coursework in designing and delivering technical training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Demonstrated interest in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
