The Senior Analyst, EPC Procurement, supports the bidding, negotiation, and management of EPC contracts for wind energy projects, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project development and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for wind EPC contracts.
Manage competitive RFx bidding and contracting efforts for EPC projects.
Conduct bid reviews and contractor performance assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
Perform bid levelization and track cost movements during negotiations.
Assist in negotiations to mitigate cost and schedule risks and ensure policy alignment.
Review and define scope of supply and work to ensure clarity and interface management.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with EPC partners and manage contract performance.
Gather market intelligence on trends, tariffs, and policies affecting bidding and projects.
Develop bidding strategies and qualify bidders for EPC contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather specifications, standards, and inputs.
Support project financing by coordinating inputs from EPC contractors and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to the development and improvement of contract policies and processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, procurement and supply chain, engineering, or related field
A minimum of two years experience with EPC contracting and negotiations
Project management, contracting, and negotiation experience with large-scale wind development projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of contract language and negotiation
Ability to travel up to 10%
Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and document control

Salary range of $82,000 to $110,000 USD depending on location, skills, experience, and education
