Job Description
A sales role focused on educating, qualifying, and advising residential customers on the benefits of solar energy systems, with a strong emphasis on customer service and results-driven performance in a commission-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
- Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
- Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers throughout their solar journey
- Meet sales KPIs and achieve sales targets to maximize earnings
Requirements
- Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer service.
- Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
- This is a full-time, W-2, commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
- Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field work.
- Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for an average annual earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000.
- Must have the ability to work in a customer-facing role, conducting in-home consultations and assessments.
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that emphasizes creativity, resourcefulness, and speed.
- Must be willing to work in Texas and Florida, as the residential business serves these states, and be adaptable to nationwide commercial opportunities.
