Job Description

A sales role focused on educating, qualifying, and advising residential customers on the benefits of solar energy systems, with a strong emphasis on customer service and results-driven performance in a commission-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs
Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers throughout their solar journey
Meet sales KPIs and achieve sales targets to maximize earnings

Requirements

Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer service.
Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
This is a full-time, W-2, commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field work.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for an average annual earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000.
Must have the ability to work in a customer-facing role, conducting in-home consultations and assessments.
Must be able to operate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that emphasizes creativity, resourcefulness, and speed.
Must be willing to work in Texas and Florida, as the residential business serves these states, and be adaptable to nationwide commercial opportunities.
