Job Description
Support the Security Risk Management team at Celonis by assisting with third-party security assessments, vendor risk monitoring, GRC tool administration, and maintaining security documentation to ensure vendor compliance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform security evaluations of new and existing vendors to ensure compliance with Celonis security standards
- Monitor the security posture of third-party vendors and track remediation efforts
- Support the management and configuration of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk and vendor data in risk registers and databases
- Create and update internal records related to vendor audits and compliance checks
- Coordinate with Procurement and Legal teams to align on third-party security standards
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Security, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of security and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or SOC 2.
- A keen interest in how cloud-native environments AWS, Azure, or GCP manage security and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive mindset and the desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be currently based in or around Munich, Germany, and able to work on-site at Celonis headquarters.
