Job Description
A Learning Experience Design Working Student at Celonis will actively contribute to creating, configuring, and improving digital training content and multimedia materials for a global audience, supporting innovative educational projects within the company's Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure interactive courses using authoring tools and LMS
- Script and produce multimedia content such as demos and conceptual videos
- Analyze learner feedback and metrics to improve content quality
- Manage digital badge credentials to ensure accuracy and value
- Contribute to projects involving AI applications, SEO, and learning analytics
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Learning Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX, or Content Marketing Writing
- Have a firm grasp of adult learning principles and know how to apply them to digital environments
- Basic knowledge of HTML or willingness to learn HTML
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, or video editing tools like Camtasia or Adobe Premiere is a major plus
- Enjoy analyzing learner feedback and metrics to determine what’s working and what isn’t
- Fluent in English at C1 level with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging scripts
- Able to support the team for 16 to 20 hours per week
- Available to support the team for up to 1 year
- Must be currently based in or around Munich, Germany, and able to work on-site at the headquarters
