Job Description
Assist in expanding and supporting the Celonis Academic Alliance by delivering lectures, managing relationships with universities, and supporting various educational projects related to Process Mining and Process Intelligence for university students in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of strategies to expand Academic Alliance activities in universities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Deliver in-person and online guest lectures on Process Mining and Process Intelligence to university students.
- Maintain and support internal reporting using Celonis software and CRM tools.
- Assist with team projects such as the Celonis Global Internship Program and Process Mining Job Portal.
- Manage existing relationships and develop new alliances and campaigns targeting students in the DACH region.
- Engage with students, professors, and student initiatives to support Process Mining and Process Intelligence classes end-to-end.
Requirements
- Support the design and implementation of strategies to scale up and deepen Academic Alliance activities in universities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Support the delivery of in-person and online Guest Lectures on Process Mining and Process Intelligence to university students.
- Maintain and support internal reporting via Celonis software and CRM tools, utilizing technical skills.
- Support various team projects such as Celonis Global Internship Program or Process Mining Job Portal.
- Actively manage existing relationships and develop new alliances and campaigns to students in the DACH region.
- Stay in constant exchange with students, professors, and student initiatives, supporting Process Mining and Process Intelligence classes at university end-to-end.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German is mandatory.
- Being a BSc or MSc student in a technical field such as industrial engineering, informatics, data science, or a similar field, or in a business administration degree.
- Eagerness to become an expert in Celonis software.
- Strong communicative and presentation skills, demonstrated through extracurricular work or previous engagements.
- Ability to take the lead, work self-responsibly, and maintain a structured approach.
- Availability for at least 6 months of part-time work starting from January 2026.
