The role involves developing and executing partner strategies in the Indian market, managing relationships with key consulting and system integration partners, and driving joint sales, marketing, and business development activities to expand Celonis' ecosystem and achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a partner strategy for the India market to achieve sales goals
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Partner Managing Managers
Organize and execute events for the partner community
Pitch the value proposition of Celonis partnerships to all levels up to C-Level
Support partners in go-to-market activities such as business planning, pipeline development, and marketing
Ensure stakeholder alignment on joint account pursuits
Drive technical and sales enablement of partners by orchestrating resources
Requirements
Minimum 8-13 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development with Big 4 firms, Global SIs or regional SIs.
The ability to excite others and build strong relationships on an Executive level.
Ability to develop a holistic partner strategy and work on operational day-to-day tasks to execute that strategy and grow partnerships.
Strong sales mindset and team-oriented, entrepreneurial attitude.
Studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems are a preference.
Ideally, a strong network within Consulting Big 4 and System Integrator companies.
Strong communication skills, verbally and written in English.
