Job Description

A software developer role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining microservices and SaaS platforms for data storage solutions, with an emphasis on quality, collaboration, and innovation in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop SaaS microservices and integrate new features into Portworx products
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and testing to ensure quality and functionality
Collaborate with stakeholders to take solutions from initial design to production deployment
Own the design and development process, incorporating customer feedback and resolving issues
Experiment with new technologies to innovate and improve solutions

Requirements

BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
4 years of experience in designing, developing, and testing various product components using one or more of the following languages: C, Java, Go preferred.
Good understanding of Microservices Architecture, and SaaS based scalable platforms.
Experience designing and implementing high quality, testable, maintainable, optimal, production grade microservices and deploying them to production environments hosted in cloud by applying knowledge and experience around cloud infrastructure, deployments, and continuous integration.
Designing and owning microservices to operate and scale in a distributed system architecture.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders internal and external, from product management to customer beta partners, in designing highly scalable and production quality software.
Proven design sensibility and the willingness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Must be willing and able to work in an open office environment at the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure s policies.
Solid CS background in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
