Job Description
The Legal Intern will support the Celonis Legal team by assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, contributing to process improvement projects, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure legal and compliance objectives are met during a summer internship in Raleigh.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the GTM practice in drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Contribute to process improvement projects within Legal and Compliance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to address legal and business needs
- Conduct legal research to support business, financial, and risk management objectives
Requirements
- Law student from a highly-regarded university
- Business fluency in English
- Ability to think outside the box and address complex matters with creative solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to independently organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships with high-performing internal clients and work effectively with remote team and management members
- Availability for full-time 40-hour week internship from June 1st to August 7th
- Must be based in Raleigh for the duration of the internship
- Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role
