The Credit Sales Coordinator supports mitigation credit sales by managing documentation, processing transactions, maintaining records, and coordinating with clients and agencies to ensure compliance and smooth operations in an environmentally focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support mitigation credit sales by following up with clients and preparing documentation
Process transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Maintain accurate sales records across CRM, ledgers, and trackers
Coordinate with agencies and clients to facilitate credit transactions
Prepare and verify sales documentation such as Statements of Availability, invoices, agreements, and Mitigation Transfer Certificates
Respond to client and consultant inquiries and support proposal and agreement development
Submit updates and documentation to agencies for reporting and audit purposes
Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, and/or transactional processing
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, process-driven environment with shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing documentation that must be accurate, complete, and audit-ready
