Job Description
An internship role supporting the execution of high-impact executive briefings at Celonis, involving event planning, content curation, and strategic project assistance, with a focus on hospitality or artificial intelligence expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, plan, and execute impactful, premium customer experiences in collaboration with senior leadership and other departments
- Coordinate logistical aspects of briefings, including scheduling, room setup, and catering arrangements
- Assist with curating and maintaining meeting content and event documentation, incorporating modern technological concepts
- Analyze feedback from briefings to support continuous improvement and innovation
- Support strategic projects such as developing demo experiences in the customer innovation area
Requirements
- Must be currently based in or around Munich, Germany, and able to work on-site at the company's headquarters.
- A demonstrated background, passion, or affiliation in Premium Hospitality Event Management OR strong expertise and academic focus in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced technologies.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Technology, or a related field.
- Highly coachable, competitive, and driven by intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging in high-level communications with internal executives and external C-suite contacts.
- Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize tasks, with meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- A passion for creative problem-solving and delivering world-class experiences.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire those around you.
