Job Description
An internship role where interns support Value Engineering teams by analyzing business challenges, applying process mining technology, and developing solutions to optimize customer processes, while gaining hands-on experience in data analytics, consulting skills, and client engagement within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Value Engineering teams in analyzing business challenges and identifying how Celonis can help optimize processes
- Learn and apply the Celonis Process Intelligence platform through internal projects, customer presentations, and process improvement exploration
- Gain hands-on experience with Celonis technology, including SQL and PQL, to develop analyses and reports
- Shadow customer engagements, workshops, and technical discussions to understand process mining and execution management approaches
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by creating best practices, templates, and documentation
- Develop core consulting skills such as problem-solving, data storytelling, and stakeholder presentation
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable STEM-related field
- Exposure to at least one of the following technologies: SQL, R, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Python, or another data analytics software programming language
- Availability for a full-time 40-hour week internship from June 1st to August 7th
- Ability to work in Raleigh for the duration of the internship (relocation or remote work not specified as acceptable)
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, proactive, and open to continuous learning and feedback
