Job Description

The role involves generating new enterprise sales opportunities within the retail industry, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with clients by aligning the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities in Enterprise and Manufacturing accounts, focusing on the retail industry.
  • Develop and execute account plans to align the Celonis platform with customer business objectives and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Engage with C-level and other stakeholders across lines of business to promote the entire Celonis solution suite.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners such as consulting firms, SaaS vendors, and technology providers.
  • Provide regular pipeline and forecast reporting to track sales progress and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience selling enterprise software at C-level in a new business-focused field sales role, with the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a range of client accounts
  • Experience in SaaS sales in enterprise companies or a manufacturing background is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Korean and English
  • Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive account plan for a designated account, aligning the Celonis platform with core business objectives and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to land-and-expand within accounts
  • Ability to provide accurate and regular reporting of pipeline and forecast
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and below, including cross Line-of-Business engagement
  • Experience representing and selling the entire Celonis suite of solutions from the AX platform to customers’ mission-critical business
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers, pre-sales, customer success managers, professional services, and implementation partners
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity, and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work effectively as part of a team
