The role involves generating new enterprise sales opportunities within the retail industry, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with clients by aligning the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in Enterprise and Manufacturing accounts, focusing on the retail industry.
Develop and execute account plans to align the Celonis platform with customer business objectives and exceed sales targets.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Engage with C-level and other stakeholders across lines of business to promote the entire Celonis solution suite.
Build and maintain relationships with partners such as consulting firms, SaaS vendors, and technology providers.
Provide regular pipeline and forecast reporting to track sales progress and opportunities.
Requirements
10 years of experience selling enterprise software at C-level in a new business-focused field sales role, with the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a range of client accounts
Experience in SaaS sales in enterprise companies or a manufacturing background is a strong advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills in Korean and English
Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive account plan for a designated account, aligning the Celonis platform with core business objectives and exceeding sales targets
Ability to land-and-expand within accounts
Ability to provide accurate and regular reporting of pipeline and forecast
Experience engaging with C-level executives and below, including cross Line-of-Business engagement
Experience representing and selling the entire Celonis suite of solutions from the AX platform to customers’ mission-critical business
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers, pre-sales, customer success managers, professional services, and implementation partners
Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity, and possess strong interpersonal skills
Ability to leverage internal resources and work effectively as part of a team
