Job Description
The role involves expanding existing enterprise accounts by building relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales of Celonis' Process Intelligence platform. It focuses on client growth, strategic engagement, and navigating complex sales cycles with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand growth within existing enterprise accounts by identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients' decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and articulate how Celonis solutions address their strategic and operational requirements.
- Guide the sales process from prospecting to closing deals through structured engagement and needs analysis.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Celonis solutions tailored to client use cases.
- Collaborate with partners, including consulting firms and SaaS providers, to support sales efforts.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Value Engineers, Business Development Representatives, and marketing to ensure successful account growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, particularly in roles focused on both expanding existing business opportunities
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
- Track record of selling enterprise-level software applications to C-level stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with partners, such as consulting firms or providers of enterprise technology solutions
- Effective and articulate communication skills, with proficiency in English
