Job Description
A Software Engineer in Client Engineering at Kraken is responsible for implementing, supporting, and inventing solutions that deliver quick client outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, focusing on creating innovative solutions for the energy industry to support sustainable and smart energy systems.

Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering with a strong focus on implementing, supporting, accelerating, and inventing solutions that deliver client outcomes quickly.
- Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity and prioritize pragmatic outcomes over perfection in a high-ownership, delivery-focused environment.
- Experience working in fast-moving environments where pace, adaptability, and getting things done matter.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a willingness to ask questions early, unblock oneself quickly, and work openly with team members.
- Experience working closely with global Product Engineering teams to maintain quality and scalability of solutions.
- Ability to support the expansion into new territories and contribute to evolving market initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team that values pragmatism and collaboration over perfection.
- Experience in a high-ownership environment where engineers are expected to deliver results independently and efficiently.
