Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity and prioritize pragmatic outcomes over perfection in a high-ownership, delivery-focused environment.
Experience working in fast-moving environments where pace, adaptability, and getting things done matter.
Strong collaboration skills, with a willingness to ask questions early, unblock oneself quickly, and work openly with team members.
Experience working closely with global Product Engineering teams to maintain quality and scalability of solutions.
Ability to support the expansion into new territories and contribute to evolving market initiatives.
