Job Description
The role involves leading product marketing strategies for Celonis solutions across various domains and industries, focusing on positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, and enabling sales efforts to drive awareness, demand, and revenue in a fast-evolving AI-driven market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own positioning and messaging for solutions across domains, industries, and initiatives.
- Create and deliver marketing assets such as pitch decks, demos, presentations, and analyst briefings.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies and enablement for solutions, collaborating with sales and other teams.
- Work with marketing teams to develop campaigns, content, events, and experiences that generate and accelerate sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and engage with sales to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
- Act as a thought leader by speaking at events, engaging with press and analysts, and creating social media content.
- Lead and manage a team of Solutions Marketing managers to execute on these responsibilities.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in enterprise software product marketing, product management, and/or sales
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for mastering and navigating complex market dynamics
- Technical background and depth to understand the platform and translate its value
- Superb presentation, communication, and public speaking skills
- Ability to work at both a strategic conceptual level as well as detail-oriented action and execution
- A logical and analytical mind, with an enthusiasm for connecting dots between ideas
- A strong sense of leadership and ownership for initiatives, projects, and team
- The agility and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A consistent track record of delivering measurable results
