An internship role supporting client engagement, platform adoption, and market research within the renewable energy sector, providing hands-on experience in business development, CRM management, and customer relations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound requests from free-tier users and provide platform guidance
Conduct onboarding sessions and demos to increase client adoption
Support campaigns to convert free accounts into paid subscriptions
Maintain and improve account data accuracy within Salesforce
Qualify leads based on activity levels and usage patterns
Research emerging market opportunities and prospective clients
Assist with report preparation, client materials, and performance tracking
Refine, automate, and document workflows to improve processes
Requirements
Currently enrolled in, or eligible through their university to complete, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program that allows participation in an academic internship Convenio de Prácticas Académicas
Strong interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or business development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English working language
Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
