Job Description
The Data Researcher will be responsible for accurately collecting and entering data from various sources into the CRM system, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting the team with data queries to support the company's infrastructure investment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately collect data from various sources and enter it into the CRM system
- Perform daily administrative tasks related to data entry and management
- Monitor progress to ensure meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Assist the team with answering data queries and updating records
- Support site management with duties to accommodate changing demands
Requirements
- Accurate collection of data from various sources and entry in CRM system
- Performing data entry and data administration tasks including data entry
- Monitoring of progress to ensure meeting of daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Supporting the team with answering data queries and updating records as required
- Ability to organize own workload and achieve deadlines
- Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrable professional approach and positive attitude, with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively balance speaking in Spanish and in English
- This is an hourly contracted position with flexible work hours, including some mandatory overlap with U.S. business hours for team conference calls
