Job Description
The role involves leading a team of consultants and project managers to successfully deploy Celonis' process mining technology across various industries, driving customer value, adoption, and satisfaction while managing project delivery, sales support, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and develop a team of Consultants and Project Managers
- Drive successful deployments of Celonis technology across customers
- Manage project scope, deliverables, and ensure high-quality, timely implementations
- Support sales efforts by positioning and selling services, and supporting customer engagement
- Ensure customer adoption and value realization through comprehensive adoption plans
- Maintain deep product and technical knowledge to provide thought leadership
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners and internal teams
- Recruit, motivate, and retain high-performing team members
- Manage resource capacity, staffing, and project forecasting
- Interact with senior executive-level customers and handle escalations
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in delivering high complex projects as a Program Manager or Program Director.
- Proven leadership experience either directly managing or indirectly leading teams focused on BI analytics projects.
- Proven track record of leading complex transformational customer programs.
- Good understanding of the implementation of Celonis products, at a level required to lead and direct Celonis Consultants and Project Managers.
- Experience in managing professional services teams, preferably in enterprise SaaS companies.
- Experience of building relationships with sales teams and involvement in deals.
- Proven leadership in interacting with senior executive level customers.
- Experience in recruiting, motivating, and retaining top talent.
- Excellent communication skills.
