Job Description
A Senior Value Engineer in Healthcare Distribution responsible for translating operational data into strategic value, driving process improvements, and delivering measurable business impact through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map strategic priorities to high-impact Celonis use cases in Healthcare distribution.
- Architect end-to-end solutions connecting data across the value chain to optimize complex ecosystems.
- Construct data-backed business cases demonstrating operational and financial impact.
- Lead value assessments, proof-of-value projects, and communicate strategic roadmaps to senior management.
- Drive operational improvements by translating insights into actionable initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to overcome implementation challenges and define standards for compliance and data governance.
- Facilitate business value workshops, present results, and demonstrate measurable business impact to executives.
- Develop reusable assets and best practices for the Value Engineering team.
- Mentor junior team members on Healthcare Distribution processes and stakeholder management.
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including onboarding, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations, ideally combining time at a Healthcare company with Management Consulting or Sales Engineering.
- Deep industry knowledge of the Healthcare Distribution value chain, specifically in areas such as Pricing, Supply Chain, and Financial Operations.
- Proven track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and driving them to resolution, with the ability to impact the P&L and balance sheet through process improvement and technology deployments.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Kinaxis, BlueYonder, and experience with data visualization, SQL, or Python is a strong plus.
- Experience in presenting to and working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to navigate complex internal structures and clearly communicate value to non-technical audiences.
- Degree in Industrial Business Engineering, Computer Sciences, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- Ability to travel mainly domestically up to 35%.
