Job Description
The role involves designing, optimizing, and implementing supply chain solutions using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, working closely with customers to address their supply chain challenges and demonstrate value through innovative, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect comprehensive supply chain solutions aligned with customer goals
- Collaborate with customers to define target supply chain states using Celonis platform
- Provide presales support by articulating the strategic value of supply chain capabilities
- Guide solution architecture during project delivery to ensure successful implementation
- Identify and standardize supply chain use cases to promote adoption across customers
- Share success stories and customer impact insights internally and externally
- Collaborate with product teams to inform future product development based on customer feedback
- Train internal teams to effectively position and deploy supply chain solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management for enterprises, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful and diverse use cases that have solved real-world problems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with the implementation and roll-out of Supply Chain Software or Enterprise Resource Planning tools is highly desirable.
- Candidates must hold, or be eligible to obtain, UK Security Check SC clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions, often under demanding deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex supply chain concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholder groups, including non-technical audiences.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable and easily extensible solutions that address long-term customer needs.
