Job Description
The Senior Process Intelligence and Automation Consultant (Senior Value Engineer) is a trusted advisor responsible for helping customers achieve strategic goals and realize value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. The role involves translating customer objectives into business cases, driving process improvements, managing the end-to-end customer value journey, and collaborating with stakeholders to enable data-driven business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
- Build demos and business cases to demonstrate value and support customer acquisition
- Conduct value assessments and proof-of-value projects, communicating strategic roadmaps to executives
- Facilitate business value workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
- Derive and initiate process improvement measures and enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a core business transformation platform
- Provide feedback to product teams for platform and app enhancements based on customer use cases
Requirements
- Native French language skills required.
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an Inhouse role such as Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, with experience in implementing RPA and/or BI Tools, and/or building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects at different stages of the value journey, leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem where possible.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain domain, as well as strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Ideally, expertise in one or more industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals, with the ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities.
- A degree in Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable degree program.
