Job Description
A Senior Partner Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing regional partner demand generation strategies, managing joint marketing campaigns, building partner relationships, and analyzing performance metrics to drive awareness and pipeline growth for Celonis in the UK Ireland region.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the partner marketing strategy for the UK Ireland region
- Conceptualize and launch multi-channel joint marketing campaigns with partners
- Coordinate the creation of co-branded assets, case studies, and success stories
- Coordinate and participate in partner-related events, conferences, trade shows, and webinars
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams
- Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
Requirements
- 2 years of dedicated, results-oriented experience in partner demand generation, ideally within the high-growth tech industry
- Demonstrated expertise in building and executing data-driven, multi-channel marketing programs to, through, and with partners that successfully optimize reach, awareness, and nurture
- Strong track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships, securing buy-in for strategic initiatives, and managing budgets and pipeline targets across multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to think strategically, execute with meticulous attention to detail, prioritize aggressively, and consistently deliver against tight deadlines
- Advanced English language skills, coupled with strong presentation skills and the confidence to communicate and influence cross-functional leaders
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time within the region to support events and partner meetings
