Job Description
The Senior Management Technology Consultant Senior Value Engineer at Celonis is a trusted advisor responsible for guiding customers through the end-to-end value journey by translating strategic goals into actionable process improvements using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, ultimately driving business transformation and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects
- Build business cases and demos leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices
- Conduct value assessments and facilitate business value workshops
- Identify and qualify opportunities for process improvement using Celonis platform
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a core business transformation platform
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases
Requirements
- Full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of customers, including landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing, demonstrating experience in managing customer lifecycle processes.
- Experience in translating customers' objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects, building specific business cases and demos, and communicating value opportunities to C-Level executives.
- Ability to facilitate business value workshops, identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement, and derive improvement measures in core business functions.
- Proven experience in presenting results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
- Experience in building strategic expansion roadmaps for customers to embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a strategic business transformation platform, driving adoption and expansion.
- Experience in providing feedback to product development teams to enhance platform and applications based on new use cases.
- Experience in an analytical role demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT Management Consulting with a SaaS provider or consultancy.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing multiple projects across different stages of the value journey, leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain domain, as well as strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Industry expertise in one or more industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals, with the ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities.
- Degree in Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable degree program.
- Native French language skills are required.
