Job Description
A strategic marketing role responsible for planning and executing cross-industry events, campaigns, and demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth and revenue in North America for Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute cross-industry third-party tradeshows and Celonis-led events to generate demand and accelerate pipeline.
- Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns including tradeshows, webinars, and in-person events to engage prospects and drive pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to plan flagship Process Intelligence events and deepen customer relationships.
- Evaluate and select key third-party events and roundtables, managing the event strategy from creation to execution.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to execute campaigns via digital channels such as email and LinkedIn.
- Enable sales, BDR, and partner teams with campaign messaging and marketing programs.
- Analyze marketing performance and demand generation metrics to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
Requirements
- 7 years experience in B2B Demand Generation or Field Marketing positions
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Proven track record of working with sales, partner teams, and customer success teams to create and execute campaigns that drive pipeline
- Knowledge of best practices in modern marketing persona-centric demand generation, marketing automation, pipeline acceleration, and demand generation funnel
- Proven track record of using a wide variety of tactics like influencer networks, industry association partnership, account-based marketing, events, digital, email, and partner marketing to drive demand
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
- Experience in Marketing Automation and Salesforce.com
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence in communicating with senior-level sales VPs
