Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis is responsible for leading process mining implementations, analyzing business data using SQL and other tools, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize and automate business processes across various departments, ultimately driving digital transformation and delivering measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses and operational apps enriched with AI or Machine Learning
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present KPIs and improvement areas
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align improvement measures
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab, and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills in German and English and enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
