Job Description
The Senior Consultant at Celonis leads project teams to implement process mining solutions, analyze business data using SQL and other tools, and drive digital transformation for customers by identifying inefficiencies and developing data-driven insights to optimize processes across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses, execution apps, and incorporate Machine Learning and Task Mining
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Quantify business and financial potential and present relevant KPIs to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve processes
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and recognized for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
- Ability to lead and drive the implementation process while delivering high levels of service to ensure the optimal solution for customers with Celonis technology
- Ability to transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Ability to design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, enriched with Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining
- Ability to analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and understand root causes, and jointly suggest approaches to overcome them
- Ability to quantify business and financial potential and present relevant KPIs to management
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience conducting value creation workshops and aligning measures to improve process inefficiencies
- Ability to set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
