Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis is responsible for leading the implementation of Process Mining solutions, designing data models, analyzing business processes, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize and automate customer operations across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation process of Celonis technology to ensure customer success
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses, execution apps, and incorporate Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, and suggest improvement approaches
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present relevant KPIs to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process efficiencies
- Define the technical roadmap for customer success and operationalize data insights
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Highly dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and recognized for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
