Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis is responsible for driving digital transformation by implementing process mining solutions, analyzing data using SQL and other tools, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize business processes across various departments. The role involves delivering high-value insights, developing technical specifications, and supporting long-term customer success in a global, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation process of Celonis technology to ensure optimal solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses and operational apps, integrating AI and Machine Learning algorithms
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, and suggest improvement approaches
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present KPIs and improvement areas to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvements
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab, and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Very dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and recognized for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
