Job Description
The AI Deployment Architect at Celonis is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling innovative AI solutions to optimize customer business processes using the Process Intelligence platform, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive AI adoption and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and scale AI solutions and automations using the Process Intelligence platform
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and GTM teams to standardize AI solutions and bring them to customers at scale
- Prototype, develop, and implement AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Identify and package scalable AI use cases across the platform to drive innovation and expand offerings
- Train internal teams on positioning and deploying AI solutions
- Architect end-to-end deployments encompassing AI and PI Automation
- Engage with customers to understand their problems and align AI solutions with their strategies
- Contribute to the AI solution roadmap and support AI Lighthouse customer initiatives
- Share AI success stories internally and with customers
- Provide feedback to inform future product development based on customer insights
Requirements
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and or respective Software deployment.
- Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or alternatively in an Inhouse role such as within a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Experience working directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy, and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using the Process Intelligence platform.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience in delivering end-to-end solutions including production level acceptance testing.
- Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution technology for the respective customer pain point.
- Designing and architecting end-to-end deployments that encompass AI and PI Automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable and easily extensible solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or a related field.
