Job Description
A working student role supporting procurement and supplier management activities within an international SaaS company, involving tasks such as processing purchase requests, contract management, supplier research, and operational support to optimize sourcing processes and gain hands-on experience in procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage low-value spend requests, create purchase orders, and ensure accuracy of order details
- Coordinate contract reviews and signatures with the legal team
- Monitor and track the status of purchase orders and support invoice reconciliation
- Assist with maintaining procurement master data and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines
- Conduct supplier research and recommend appropriate suppliers for low-value requirements
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team and participate in projects related to supplier management and process improvement
Requirements
- Graduated from a full-time bachelor’s degree program and rising Junior or Senior in Business Administration, International Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Innovation Management, or a similar field
- Strong affinity to numbers
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Structured and reliable working style with an eye for details
- Strong analytical and problem solver abilities to navigate ambiguous environments
- Experience with working with a team and effective communication skills
