Job Description
The Portfolio Account Executive is responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding revenue within enterprise accounts in Japan, primarily targeting manufacturing companies, by identifying opportunities, building relationships, delivering tailored demonstrations, and managing the sales cycle to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and collaboration with BDR team
- Partner with other companies to acquire new logos and accelerate customer acquisition
- Engage with all organizational levels, from staff to C-Level, to build relationships and present solutions
- Deliver tailored demos to demonstrate the value of Celonis solutions based on customer use cases
- Understand customer needs, communicate how Celonis can address those needs, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, consistently achieving sales targets
Requirements
- 法人営業経験 3年以上の実務経験を有し、エンタープライズソフトウェアまたはITソリューションの営業経験があること
- 高いコミュニケーション能力を持ち、日本語はネイティブレベル、英語はビジネスレベル（読み書きおよび社内コミュニケーションが可能なレベル）であること
- 自ら積極的に行動し、案件を創出できるパイプライン構築能力を持ち、アウトバウンドを含む十分なパイプラインを維持した実績があること
- 指示を待たずに自発的にイニシアチブを取り行動できるセルフスターターであること
- 多数の案件やタスクに優先順位をつけて効率的に時間を管理できるマルチタスク管理能力を持つこと
- Salesforceやその他のセールスツールを活用し、効率的な営業活動を行えるテクノロジー活用スキルを持つこと
- 変化の速いダイナミックな環境に柔軟かつポジティブに対応できるスピード感への適応力を持つこと
