The role involves promoting and selling innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions to financial services clients in Japan, building strong customer relationships, developing strategic account plans, and driving new business acquisition within a broad territory.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and communicate the value of all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers in Japan's FSI industry.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Develop and execute account plans to maximize internal resources and drive new customer acquisition.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
Lead project teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer solutions and close sales.
Requirements
At least 5 years of corporate sales experience, primarily focused on new customer acquisition or business development.
Experience leading complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams while emphasizing teamwork.
Ability to manage a broad territory, demonstrating insight, creativity, and a challenger mindset, while leveraging knowledge of technical solutions to propose effective customer solutions through Everpure s product portfolio.
Sincerity and passion to engage seriously with customers in Japan s financial services industry and SIer-focused accounts, with a strong commitment to deeply understanding their business challenges.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to build and deepen trusted relationships.
Strategic planning and execution skills aimed at maximizing revenue and improving operational efficiency within the assigned territory.
Proven track record and proactive approach to new customer acquisition, with the ability to communicate effectively from executive leadership to data center operations, and passionately articulate the value of solutions.
Experience in the financial services industry and industry knowledge are a plus.
Ability to read and understand English using translation tools (conversational English is not required but preferred).
A history of consistently exceeding targets and delivering business results that earn recognition and recommendations from other organizations.
