This role involves developing new business and promoting Everpure's enterprise storage and data management solutions within Japan's telecommunications sector, focusing on customer engagement, account planning, and achieving sales targets through strategic relationship building and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business by engaging with channel resellers and key customer accounts
Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in the enterprise private sector
Promote Everpure's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data management solutions to customers
Build and deepen customer relationships to establish Everpure's value and ensure customer satisfaction
Create account plans and strategies utilizing internal and external resources to acquire new customers
Manage and advance the sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Engage with telecommunications customers in Japan to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions
Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, including executives and data center teams
Conduct prospecting to open new customer opportunities and effectively communicate the benefits of Everpure solutions
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business development.
Experience in new logo acquisition or business development activities.
Strong engagement skills with customers, particularly in the telecommunications connection industry within Japan, and the ability to understand their business challenges.
Excellent prospecting skills with a passion for opening new customer doors and effectively communicating the benefits of Everpure solutions.
Ability to seamlessly communicate and coordinate between executive offices and data centers, including written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute account planning and strategies to manage sales pipelines and achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders through excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, creativity, and challenger mindset to utilize customer insights and technology solutions to address ongoing challenges using Everpure’s portfolio.
Ability to proactively manage territory and perform evaluation and planning to maximize revenue and efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales processes involving internal teams and partners, fostering teamwork and ownership.
Willingness and enthusiasm to engage with customers in the telecommunications sector and understand their business needs.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and partners to promote business growth.
Knowledge of Everpure’s enterprise storage technology and data management solutions is preferred.
Japanese language proficiency at a native level.
English language skills at a daily conversational level are preferred.
